Typographical Errors
In the event that a Gift Bound Gifts product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Gift Bound Gifts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Gift Bound Gifts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Gift Bound Gifts Products shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Gift Bound Gifts without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Gift Bound Gifts may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Gift Bound Gifts.


Miscellaneous

Gift Bound Gifts failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Gift Bound Gifts may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.


Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Gift Bound Gifts or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Nonetheless, Gift Bound Gifts seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Access
Gift Bound Gifts explicitly provides its wholesale and on-line customers access to this web-site to purchase it’s offerings online. These online access include  merchandise distribution for original sale, information resources in regards to the products it sells. Our access and service is designed to serve the needs of our customers .... in making an online purchase. Gift Bound reserves the right to change prices and/or cancel orders at any time.

Payment Terms
Gift Bound Gifts does not accept the following payment methods (for on-line ordering): Western Union, Escrow Services, American Express.  PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are acceptable payment methods for on-line transactions Gift Bound Gifts. For payments made via credit card, Gift Bound Gifts charges its customers immediately once an order is placed.

Order Cancellations 
Effective 01/01/2012, all orders cancellation requests made after 2 business days from the date and time order was placed will incur a 2% cancellation fee (based on order total). Exceptions to this policy include cancellation requests related to unexpected shipping delays. If an order does not ship within the originally specified time frame (i.e. 3-5 business days, or later if otherwise specified), no cancellation fee will occur.

Refunds
Gift Bound Gifts promptly refunds all cancelled order transactions within 2 business days of the original on-line customer cancellation request date. Items must be in original packaging and less than 30 days old in order to receive a refund. Clearance items aren't allowed a refund unless item is damaged upon receipt.
